How does the system work?

ResultsEngine uses universally-available technology, email and the Internet, to remind users of their objectives, record progress and share the results.

No special training or software is needed.

On a defined schedule, usually monthly, team members are sent a link to their team's website with their specific objectives. They input the progress they have made and any issues of which the group needs to be made aware.

All of the monthly reports are in one place, instead of spread among multiple messages and documents and folders.

How is information shared?

The team's information is stored on a secure, password protected website. Each team member's goals, milestones, actions and issues are visible to authorized members of the group.

ResultsEngine is especially helpful if the team is geographically dispersed.

Group accountability is built through a progress matrix, which graphs progress and forecasts against goals for each reporting period.

The ability to quickly review prior reports puts current progress and issues in context.

ResultsEngine's LeaderView allows managers to quickly monitor and drive team progress.

Managers can use the system to provide feedback to team members.

Getting Started

How is ResultsEngine set up?

Fort Hill will manage the set up, create and customize the team website, establish user accounts and even transfer goals into the system.

A one to two-week lead-time is sufficient to launch the process. ResultsEngine is simple, intuitive and fast.

What IT support is needed?

None. ResultsEngine was designed so as not to require additional IT support. Fort Hill provides a turnkey service including Help Desk support.

No special programs, equipment or set up are needed. No software is installed on the user's or company's system.

What about security?

ResultsEngine is designed to ensure data security.

Data transfer is via encrypted secure socket layer (https) technology. Only authorized users have access. The site is monitored continuously; and suspicious activity is reported.

ResultsEngine is hosted at a tier 1 service provider with advanced firewall, security and backup procedures.
