The Tool And Process

How does the system work?

Friday5s is a turn-key web-based system. No special training, software, or equipment is needed.

On selected dates after a program, usually Fridays,, participants are sent an email with a link to a customized website that has been pre-loaded with their personal goals.

In about five minutes (hence the name, Friday5s) they input their progress, actions taken, next actions planned and the lessons they have learned.

Friday5s supports the community of learners following the program. The input and insights of every group member is visible to the others.

How is on-going support enabled?

Friday5s includes a powerful feedback feature that allows participants to easily engage their manager or coach / mentor in their continued development.

Also included is a unique on-line guidance system GuideMe® that provides, practical, targeted, just-in-time developmental suggestions.
