The Concept
DevelopmentEngine is a step-change in accelerating organizational and personal development.
DevelopmentEngine is a Follow-Through Management™ process that ensures Individual Development Plans are executed.
Key features include: periodic reminders, progress reporting, planning and tracking, and engagement of managers and coaches throughout the process.
DevelopmentEngine also includes LeaderView, which allows program sponsors or coaches to monitor participation and progress, support development with content, and advise and mentor participants.
