Logistics for the Best Practices Summit on October 7 – 8, 2009.

If you haven’t already, sign up now for a special, half-price Six Disciplines Workshop delivered the day before the Summit at Fort Hill Company’s headquarters in Wilmington, DE by the authors: Cal Wick, Andy Jefferson and Roy Pollock.

Hotel

To make your hotel reservation, call 610-388-2100. Press extension #522. Ask for reservation to be made in the “Fort Hill Company room block.”  Hotel room rate is $108.00 plus 8% tax per night for Single/Double Occupancy.  All rooms are Non-Smoking. Use individual credit card to reserve your room. Rate includes full hot breakfast buffet with an omelet chef. Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 noon

Airport

If you are traveling by air, the nearest airport is the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The airport is approximately 45 minutes from the Mendenhall Inn.

Ground Transportation

To make your ground transportation reservation in advance:

• Go to the Delaware Express Shuttle website at delexpress.com and click on Airport Shuttle or call toll-free 800-648-5466. (Call in advance for information on special online discounts.)

• Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Use your individual credit card to hold reservation.

• Cancellations must be made 5 hours prior or your credit card on file will be charged. No-shows will be charged.

Shared shuttle rate is $43.60 plus gratuity per person each way. Second person in same party is $20.00. Each additional person is $10.00.
