ASTD Essentials of Learning Transfer Virtual Workshop – ASTD in partnership with Fort Hill, is offering on-line learning transfer workshops where participants will learn and put into practice the six disciplines that are guaranteed to cause learning programs to deliver on-the-job results. Each workshop includes three highly interactive sessions spaced one week apart. One month later during a final Capstone session, participants will share their learning transfer achievement stories and lessons learned. Before and between each workshop session, participants will be supported by our web-based Learning Transfer System, ResultsEngine®, to accelerate their ability to make visible and valuable progress.
