Michael serves as Vice President of Business Development for Fort Hill, focused on developing and maintaining client, associate and partner relationships for the Western Region.

Michael has been with Fort Hill since its inception. He was instrumental in the initial design and creation of Fort Hill’s Follow-Through Tools®.

He has worked with over 60 client systems and 15,000 managers to leverage Fort Hill's follow-through processes to drive results from learning programs. In his current role he is responsible for developing and maintaining client, associate, and partner relationships.

Michael began his career as a Financial Analyst within Genesis Health Ventures, where his responsibilities included financial and business analyses for operations, acquisitions and development. At Genesis Health, Michael developed a keen understanding of the elements critical to business success. He applies this knowledge to his clients’ executive education and learning programs.

Michael earned his degree from Babson College, Wellesley, MA, in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Bun Patch Building Supplies.
