Kathy
is Vice President of Business Development for Fort Hill Company, focused
on developing and managing corporate client relationships and strategic
alliances. Fort Hill Company is the global leader in Follow-Through Management.
Fort Hill's primary focus is to help clients drive application and produce
documented results from their learning and development initiatives.
Kathy is a highly skilled consultant and facilitator specializing in the transfer, application and measurement of results from learning and development initiatives. She has played an integral role in numerous successful engagements across industry segments, with special expertise in the pharmaceutical and financial service sectors. She has over 18 years of consulting and sales experience in leadership and management development, career development, and executive search. Prior to joining Fort Hill, Kathy served as Vice President of Business Development for CEO Resources, a retained executive search firm. Kathy was previously Senior Vice President of Sales and Consulting for Right Management Consultants. Before joining Right, Kathy had been Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for Blessing/White, an international training and development firm. At Blessing/White, she developed and managed client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, as well as facilitated leadership and career development programs. Kathy began her career in financial services, first as a commercial lending officer for PNC Bank and then as a consultant with The Richardson Group, a company providing sales training to bankers around the country. In addition to an undergraduate degree from Bryn Mawr College in Urban Studies, Kathy has completed graduate coursework in the Organizational Dynamics program at the University of Pennsylvania. email: granger@forthillcompany.com
