Wendy has twenty years of management consulting experience with distinct capabilities in Corporate Change processes, Leadership Assessment and Development, Strategic Human Resource Planning, and High Performance Teams.

Prior to establishing Axelrod Associates in 1996, she held significant responsibilities for Sunoco, Inc. where she directed the Corporate Education and Development Center and the Organization Development Department, and was Lead Architect for the company's Corporate Wide Culture Change process. She also designed and managed cornerstone processes such as: Performance Management; Leadership Succession, Assessment and Development; Leadership Competency Processes; and Executive Offsites.

Wendy is professionally active and serves on the Board, and is past President of, The Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Group. She is certified to administer Benchmarks, Skillscope, and Looking Glass from the Center for Creative Leadership; and is also licensed in assessment tools such as the Myers Briggs-Type Indicator and LIFO.
