About Us

Tim is owner OE Partners, a leadership and organizational effectiveness consulting company based in Seattle, Washington. He has 20 years of experience working with senior business leaders and teams at the headquarters and divisions of such Fortune 500 companies as Pfizer, Pepsico, Immunex, and H.J. Heinz. Tim's areas of expertise include leadership development, competency modeling and succession planning, team start-up and development, strategic planning, performance management systems, employee feedback processes, change readiness assessment and planning, and process and organization design. He has worked on projects involving M&A, ERP implementation, strategic planning, customer service improvement, corporate intranets, sales force design, and joint venture teams. OE Partners works with clients to design and implement competency-based programs such as talent management, 3600 feedback process, succession planning, executive coaching, competency modeling, standardizing HR processes and procedures, and improving the coaching and consulting skills in HR. Their clients are primarily medium to very large companies in the Pacific Northwest. Tim works with senior management to development individual executives and to create talent management processes aimed at selecting and developing future organizational leaders. With experience in instructional design, Tim has developed and delivered a variety of programs in areas such as performance management, facilitating 3600 feedback, employee development, coaching skills, team effectiveness and organizational alignment. Tim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a bachelor's degree in International Organizations from Wichita State University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute. |
