Sally Hull is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership development, performance improvement and organization effectiveness. Sally focuses her coaching activities in three key areas. First, she provides confidential feedback to better align executives' behaviors with the vision and values of their organizations. Second, she coaches leaders to be more effective with team development, communication, and transition management. Third, she assists executives and senior managers with career management issues. Clients include Microsoft, Agilent Technologies, AT&T Wireless, Boeing, Nordstrom, Washington Mutual, CalPERS and Weyerhaeuser.

Dr. Hull coaches leaders with widely diverse backgrounds including retail, telecommunications and manufacturing managers, investment executives, information technology directors, labor relations and tax attorneys, and senior health care administrators.

She also coaches in the University of Washington Executive MBA Program and teaches graduate level leadership courses at Seattle University.

Sally brings a unique blend of business acumen with interpersonal savvy. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa with concentrations in Leadership, Counseling, and Interpersonal Communication. Sally's practice is based in the Pacific Northwest, with frequent travel to the Bay Area, Southern California and Oregon.
