About Us

Michael has over fifteen years of consulting experience specializing in leadership development, organizational assessment, change management, training and executive education. He also spent ten years in sales, business development, and marketing for a financial services firm, which was then sold to a NYSE company.

Michael has worked on client engagements in executive development and strategy deployment, succession planning systems, selection and assessment systems, competency development, team-building and organization development. He is a Master Associate for Lominger Consulting, a firm providing a research based suite of tools for the HR community.

He has worked with clients such as Chase Manhattan, GEICO Insurance, Nationwide,Baker Hughes, Pennzoil, Schlumberger, Cooper Cameron, FMC, BHP, Vastar,Compaq Computers, 3COM, Wind River, Johnson Controls, Monsanto, Siemens, Texas Utilities, Salt River Project, Potomac Electric Power, Hawaii Electric, Cardinal Health, and Novartis.

He has a bachelors from Emory University and Master in Economics from the New School for Social Research. He also began doctorate level courses in psychology.

Most importantly, Michael is the father of 18- month old Zoe, an avid reader of popular fiction, and an aspiring tai-chi student.
