Linda brings over twenty years of organizational development and training experience and nine years of directly managing business teams. She began her career in Manufacturing at Hewlett-Packard. During her 13 years there, she managed teams in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources. As Site Training Manager for HP, Linda was responsible for creating and implementing a training strategy for a business group of 1700 employees.

Linda spent over eight years working in Leadership Development at SGI and Cisco Systems, Inc., where she designed and delivered leadership programs in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Linda also facilitated leadership off-sites for various executive teams. She partnered with HR Managers to design and facilitate programs to develop high-potential employees and managers. Linda delivered several programs focused on increasing the capabilities of HR professionals.
