Judith Hanson is President of Hanson & Associates NW, Inc., a Bellevue (Washington) based training and development firm, specializing in developing innovative products to enhance learning transfer and business acumen.

Prior to establishing Hanson & Associates as a management consulting company, Judith spent 15 years with a local high tech company as a member of the senior management team and Corporate Secretary. Upon completion of an MBA degree in 1989, she began her career as a consultant in training and development, with a focus on using accelerated learning techniques to enhance business competencies.

In the past three years, the focus of Hanson & Associates NW, Inc. has shifted to developing products for training and development. To date, we have completed three products: EastJet, a digital version of 'EastJet - the Game of Airline Finance' (shared copyright with The Boeing Company); eflexions, a customized multimedia system of integrated images, quotations and questions providing a structure for learning reinforcement, and GenAirk - Real Time Financial Management, a computer-based simulation program.
