During the past two decades, Elaine has worked in a consulting capacity with a variety of clients, from both the public and private sectors. She gained valuable experience working for five of those years with an international consulting company, but is an entrepreneur at heart, and enjoys the challenges of operating my own consulting business. Although most of her work has been in Canada, primarily Alberta, she has had assignments in Europe and the United States.

Her goals are clear: to help people who want to increase their capabilities-whether that need is precipitated by organizational change, career advancement, or performance issues. Elaine provides clients with practical information, support, new perspectives ,and some compassion and humor. "I'm convinced that tough situations are manageable and generally result in personal growth and satisfaction. I don't back away from challenges myself and have experienced the satisfaction of achievement. The motto on my wall is, 'Real Winners Are Ordinary People With Extraordinary Determination.'"
