Donna is President of Leadership Solutions Consulting, LLC, an association of consultants who are dedicated to helping leaders develop greater self-awareness and leadership skill. Her firm provides consulting services in the areas of leadership assessment and coaching; team-building, training design and development and facilitation of planning meetings. Her clients include, not for profits, Lehman Brothers, Layne Christensen, Aventis, Boston Scientific, C.R. Bard and Montclair State University.

Donna has twenty years experience working with fortune 500 corporations, including General Electric, RCA, and C. R. Bard. Her career also includes being the Director of Staffing and Development for The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and serving as Chair of the Child Development Program at Parkland College, Champaign, Illinois . In addition to her eight years of full time academic responsibility , over her career she taught Organization Behavior, Human Resources or Leadership courses as adjunct faculty at the Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania and Rider College.

Donna was the founding president of the NJ Human Resources Planning Group and a member of the steering committee for the NJ Organization Development Network. She has been recognized as a leader in her field within the state and often presents to professional groups. Throughout her career she has been a champion for individual and organizational learning. For the past two years Donna has been a trustee of The Independent College Fund of New Jersey where she recently facilitated a “Future Search” conference seeking new ways to generate funding for NJ independent colleges and universities.

Her undergraduate and master’s degrees are from the University of Illinois and her PhD is from The Fielding Institute in Human Development with an emphasis in Adult Learning.
