Dr. Charles Prather, President of Bottom Line Innovation Associates, Inc., was the first manager of The DuPont Center for Creativity and Innovation, and helped design its offerings. He is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter at conferences, is a guest lecturer at Case Western Reserve, DePaul and American University, is on the Board of Directors of the Ryan Center for Creativity at DePaul, authored many articles, and his book, Blueprints for Innovation, published by The American Management Association, has sold more than 80,000 copies.

Charlie earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry from NC State University, joined DuPont and served for 20+ years in a number of R&D leadership positions until his appointment as Manager of The DuPont Center for Creativity & Innovation. He makes creativity and innovation practical and useful, delivering results to the bottom line in a business setting.
