Prior to starting Soul Works, Bob was an affiliate of Designed Learning with Peter Block, conducting leadership development experiences. He was the Director of Human Resource Development at St. Charles Hospital. He also worked as an internal organizational development consultant to various organizations. Bob began his career working as a manufacturing production manager.

Bob's clients include: Ashland Chemical Company, AT&T, Bank One Corporation, Baptist Hospital, Dana Corporation, Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant, Dexter Corporation, Good Samaritan Health Center, Hackley Hospital, Hartford Graduate Center, Hartford Steam Boiler, Health Care Forum, Hoosier Magnetics Corporation, Hospice, Navistar International, Notre Dame University, Riverside Methodist Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, Steelcase, Sunoco Mid-America, and United Way.

Bob received his Masters of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and his BS in Economics and Business Administration from John Carroll University. Recently, he completed an intensive four-year program of personal development and healing. Bob is co-founder of The Leadership Circle, an international organization for long-term leadership development. He is an associate of Human Synergistics, a firm specializing in assessment tools for organizational and leadership development. Bob is an ongoing faculty member of the Health Care Forum's Executive Fellows Program.

Other Accomplishments: Bob is a husband and father of three. He has traveled twice around the world and is an instrument rated pilot. He currently is moving toward publication of a book with the working title of Soul Work at Work.
