Bill Wilson brings 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, Management, Recruitment, Consulting and Sales to organizations looking for ways to create excellence and peak performance at all levels. Bill started his own consulting practice in 1995. He has developed and delivered Training experiences for both large and small organizations, dealing with executives, managers & workers in a variety of industries. The focus of his work has been in:

Prior to starting his own consulting practice, Bill was Manager of management and employee development at Unisys Corporation. For 5 of his 12 years with the corporation, Bill consulted to Unisys organizations on a worldwide basis. Working with groups from engineering, marketing & sales and staff organizations, Bill created a learning environment that changed the way individuals approached their jobs. He has worked with groups numbering in size from 6 to over 225 where the learning produced measurable results.

Prior to training and development, Bill was the Director of Human Resources for an International marketing division. Bill was responsible for full human resources services for an organization with development, sales, marketing and service accountability.

Before his divisional responsibility, Bill managed an organization that recruited sales, marketing and technical professionals on a national basis.

Bill began his career as a sales representative in the office automation business. Working for companies such as Olivetti and IBM, Bill built his understanding of how businesses make decisions. Bill also spent 5 years as a Search Consultant where he built his understanding of how individuals make decisions particularly about major life changes.

Bill earned a BA in History from Villanova. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
