About Us

Beth I. Warren, SPHR has over 30 years experience in the arena of the human resources and human service fields. As President & CEO of WorkWorlds’ Human Resource Corporation (www.workworlds.com) since 1996, she leads the company in its work with profit and non-profit organizations of all sizes to design and sustain effective and innovative human resource practices. Previous to 1996, Warren served as a human resource executive and educator at Cornell University and the University of Southern Maine. As a volunteer governor’s appointee, she also served three years as chair of the Maine Human Rights Commission concurrent with her appointment at the University of Southern Maine. She is currently an adjunct faculty for Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations teaching a distance learning certification course for human resource professionals and aspirants. She conducts numerous eSeminars as an adjunct faculty in her company’s eLearning Institute. As an adjunct faculty at SETONWORLDWIDE, she team taught the diversity module in the Communication and Leadership Master’s Degree Program. Warren is nationally recognized for award winning, cost effective, innovative human resource and management practices and services including integrative approaches to the design and management of individual and organizational well being. She is frequently called upon as a keynote speaker, seminar/workshop leader and consultant across the USA. She has consulted from the Board level throughout the organization on
transformational diversity and she has conducted a national study that
derived a competency model for diversity leadership. In addition, with
two colleagues from Columbia University School of Social Work, The Workplace
Center, she has co-authored with Sheila H. Akabas and Lauren B. Gates
College and University Disability Management and Disability Management.
