Barbara Taylor is the principal and lead consultant of Taylor Executive Consultants (TEC). A main TEC philosophy is that companies must do more than develop good business strategy. Good strategy without the ability to execute it is meaningless. Barbara works with companies to align competency development and talent management with their business strategies as well as to increase both individual and organizational performance.

Barbara has over 25 years of HR experience in organizational, executive and individual development, leadership development and executive coaching. Her expertise is improving business performance by working with executives and managers to develop the competencies, skill sets and knowledge levels that directly affect business issues and challenges. She has designed numerous corporate learning and leadership initiatives including the Leadership Learning Forum and the Gettysburg Leadership Experience.
