Fort Hill Company is the industry leader in web-based learning activation solutions. Since 1999, Fort Hill has created and delivered innovative web applications supporting learning transfer and informal learning that have been used by over 300,000 professionals in hundreds of organizations around the world.
Navigated by an experienced leadership team, Fort Hill continues to improve and expand our approach. Our latest solution is 70-20®, a breakthrough mobile app that activates the learning side of work to improve employee performance anytime, anywhere. 70-20 is designed to activate and engage employees in learning on the job by documenting progress on challenges related to formal programs or informal work-related development needs. The web app enables users to turn their development into dynamic social experiences by capturing personal progress with any connected smart device and inviting feedback from colleagues. The platform both activates and captures post-program learning transfer and intentional informal/social learning. Visit www.70-20.com to learn more.
Our flagship tool, ResultsEngine®, is a SaaS technology that integrates into instructor-led or blended learning programs and engages participants in actions that improve performance post-course. The process can be highly customized to support even the most complex multimodal program designs. We also offer a standardized approach to learning transfer called the 5-Step Achievement Process™ powered by ResultsEngine®. The 5-Step Process is fast, easy, and cost-effective to implement and teaches participants a simple, memorable set of steps to change their behavior after any type of learning experience. The process focuses participants on reaching an achievement that documents learning application and business outcomes.
