A welcome from FHC CEO, Andy Jefferson

Hello and welcome to Fort Hill Company’s Learning Transfer and Follow-Through Management® blog. I am Andy Jefferson, CEO of Fort Hill, and I, along with my colleagues at Fort Hill, will be blogging with you. So what can you expect from our blog? Using Fort Hill’s Six Disciplines nomenclature, My D1 for the blog is this: the blog will serve the ends of actively exploring open discussions and thoughtful examinations of questions, issues, profound insights, and solutions impacting learning transfer (as well as the occasional half formed idea that needs some nurturing.)

I encourage each of you to ask your own questions and pose answers or ideas as we proceed and let’s see if we can use this format to create a strong community of learning that is working to promote excellence and shared best practices in the area of learning transfer.
